In case the printer driver hasn’t installed correctly, it will always bring a notification box whenever prompted to open. The notification box will indicate that there was a problem with the software either because it did not install all the drivers or the program icon is not in co-existence with the operating system currently used. To solve this issue, you will have to do the following:

- Firstly, check the operating system which you are using by clicking on the start menu then on Run.
- In the Run box, type dxdiag and start the search. This will give you all the basic information about the computer and operating system that is in use.
- Use the information to check whether the printer software that you tried to install is in co-existence with the information on your computer.
- If all is well, then uninstall the first program which was not able to install properly by clicking on the start menu go to the control panel then to uninstall programs.
- Lastly, download the software again from this page, this will take a few minutes and after double click on it.
- Then prompt it to Run the program setup and the installation process will begin once more.
