Method 1

I suggest you try running hardware and devices troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow these steps:

a) Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.
b) Type troubleshooting in the search box and then press enter.
c) Click hardware and sound and run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.
d) Follow the On screen instructions.

Method 2: If you have not installed the driver from the manufacturer's website then I would suggest you to follow the steps given below to uninstall and reinstall the driver.
